Wir haben uns für 10 Tage einen SUV gemietet und waren sehr zufrieden! Der Preis war fair, das Fahrzeug hatte erst 8500 km auf dem Tacho, Vollkasko, unbegrenzte Kilometer und Pannenservice in der ganzen Domrep machten das Angebot perfekt für uns. Die Mitarbeiter sind nett, zuvorkommend, pünktlich und immer schnell zu erreichen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder ein Auto bei diesem Mietwagen Service buchen.

I do not even know how to evaluate this experience, because overall, we were happy with the rental, although it was more expensive than expected, since they used a high exchange rate for the dollar, but overall the car was good, they collected the car from us at the airport as agreed and sent us a photo of what we thought was the return slip for the deposit. It all ended March 7. On April 23, however, out of nowhere, we see a charge for $ 203 US posted on our credit card by this business!!!!! We contacted them and they admitted it was in error, and we tried to explain that they should reverse the charge, and waited for them to reverse it. Today, April 28 the charge is sitting firmly on our credit card, and when we contacted them again to inquire when they would reverse it, they had the brazeness to say they understood our asking them to "Not send money" but "stop the charge" as our not wanting us to return the money at all! Finally they made another claim that now we need to call our bank and ask the money to be returned, because there is no other way of doing it - seriously!???? You cannot return the money you illegally charged on a credit card? We are beyond disappointed and have no idea what to think about this.
